The space was so cramped that getting between the bed and desk was a challenge, plus the shower was a nightmare with weak pressure and knobs that wouldn't stay on. Super frustrating!

Fairly clean property with supper friendly and accommodating staff. Lovely bed, spotless bathroom and air conditioning and coffee in the room. Good and perfect location in the decent area, very close to Durham and Newcastle and a motorway junction. Nice stay on 16th February, nothing too much trouble.

The staff were friendly and willing to assist with my work needs. The conference room was well-equipped with reliable technology. The cleanliness of the hotel was noteworthy.
Some areas of the hotel appear dated and could benefit from modern decor.

very impressed with the bedroom in particular, it was very classy, clean and welcoming. Wonderful pure white large bath towels. Comfortable bed.
Didnt like the heating, it was far too hot. I myself do not like a hot bedroom and would have prefered to have been able to turn it off during the night.

Friendly staff and comfy rooms
Our room was cozy and clean, though it could use some updates. The food was pretty good, especially the in-room breakfast. Be careful with the stairs though, kinda tricky without a rail. Decent experience but needs some work.
